Terms of Service

By using the coreteam.uz website or our applications, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

"CORE TEAM" MCHJ provides mobile and web products. The specific features and terms of each service are described on the respective product page.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• Keep your account credentials secure;
• Do not use services for illegal purposes;
• Respect the rights of other users;
• Do not attempt to breach or gain unauthorized access to the system.

In the Davrada app you can send messages, photos, videos, voice and video messages, files, locations and contacts, make calls, hold meetings and share your screen. You are responsible for everything you send and share.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. In Davrada you must not send, share or show:

• illegal content, or content that encourages breaking the law;
• threats, harassment, bullying, insults or hate speech;
• pornographic content, or any content that sexualizes minors;
• violence, terrorism or extremism, or content that encourages self-harm;
• spam, fraud, phishing or malicious software;
• another person's personal data, private photos or documents without their consent;
• content that impersonates another person or organization.

If you break these rules, the content may be removed and your account may be terminated (see "Termination of Service").

Reporting. In Davrada for iOS, version 2.0 and later, press and hold a message and choose "Report"; to report a person, tap the name at the top of a chat, tap the person's name in "Contact info" or "Group info" and choose "Report". Then pick a reason. You can also report content or a user by email to d.zikirillayev@coreteam.uz: describe what happened and, if you can, add the chat name, the user's name or @username and a screenshot.

Blocking. To block someone, tap the name at the top of a chat, tap the person's name in "Contact info" or "Group info" and choose "Block". A block works in both directions. The blocked person is removed from your friends list and you from theirs. Neither of you can then find the other by name or @username, add the other as a friend by phone number, from contacts or with a link, or see the other's online status. Neither of you can start a one-to-one chat with the other or send anything in an existing one (messages, voice messages, photos, files, forwarded messages or reactions), call the other, start a meeting in that chat or add the other to a group, including by phone number. Neither of you can invite the other to an event or send the other a greeting or an invitation. Your existing one-to-one chat stays in both chat lists and can still be read. In groups you are both members of, you can still see each other's messages. To unblock: Settings → Security → Blocked users.

In a one-to-one chat, either of you can delete any message for both of you. In a group, the group admin can delete any message and remove members.

How we handle reports. Reports go to the Davrada team of "CORE TEAM" MCHJ, and each one is reviewed by a member of our staff. If content or behavior breaks these terms, we remove the content and may terminate the account of the user responsible. We act on reports within 24 hours.

Deleting your account. You can delete your Davrada account at any time in the app: Settings → "Delete account" (at the bottom), then confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your profile (name, phone number, email, photo, @username), friends list, blocks, call history, settings and online status, as well as the events, greetings and reviews you created, are deleted from our servers; the Documents on the phone you delete the account from are deleted too. Messages you have sent stay in the other members' chats without your name or photo, and so do the call and meeting entries shown in those chats. Your name may still appear in copies that others forwarded or quoted in a reply, in group notices (for example, who added whom) and in notifications other people received from you (for example, invitations, greetings and your replies to invitations). If you are a group's admin, another member of the group becomes its admin where possible. Deleted data may remain in our backups for up to 7 days. Records we keep for security and safety, such as sign-in code delivery records and reports made by you or about you (with the evidence kept with them), are described in the Privacy Policy.

AI agent. The AI agent in Davrada for iOS (version 2.0 and later) is optional and works only with your permission. It prepares drafts and summaries using an AI model provided by Anthropic. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: check every draft, including names, times and places, before you send it, and check the chat rather than relying only on a summary. You are responsible for every message you send, including messages the agent prepared; the agent never sends anything unless you tap "Send". The text of a message sent from a draft is marked for the recipient with your name and "AI"; a map location attached to a draft is sent just before that marked text. You must not try to hide or remove this mark, use the agent to mislead people about who wrote a message, or use it for spam, harassment or anything else these terms forbid; your use of the agent must also comply with Anthropic's Usage Policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). You can report an agent message and block its sender like any other message. The AI agent is only for users aged 18 and over; by allowing it, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The AI agent is not available, and may not be used, while you are in a country or region where Anthropic does not offer its services (see https://www.anthropic.com/supported-countries). We may limit how much you can use the agent (for example, with daily and monthly limits per account), or pause or turn it off for everyone or for an individual account, at any time.

The content of the website and apps (text, logo, design, code) is the property of "CORE TEAM" MCHJ and is protected by copyright law. Copying, processing, or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

"CORE TEAM" MCHJ provides services "as is" and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of its services, to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes on the website or within the app. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are interpreted and governed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
